K&S Farms is located on 80 acres in Sheridan, Indiana in northern Hamilton County. Thousands of shade and ornamental trees are grown at this location. There are other off-site locations where we grow numerous other varieties of trees. Also, we have 400+ acres of premium Bluegrass sod at nearby farms.

Owners Ken & Shirley Schmutte have been in the landscape and nursery business for over 25 years. The focus of K&S Farms is on providing top quality products for use in commercial and residential landscape projects. The nursery is meticulously maintained by a year-round staff who continuously, prune, stake, spray and ensure that each tree meets or exceeds industry standards of quality.
